Most health insurance policies will cover the services you will receive at Sozo Psychotherapy. A receipt will be emailed to you following the appointment, which you may submit to your health insurance company if applicable. Please be sure to check with your insurance provider that psychotherapy services are covered before moving forward as I am not responsible to guarantee insurance coverage.

Fees at Sozo Psychotherapy are $155+HST per 50-minute appointment.

48 hours notice is required for appointment cancellation or the full session fee is applied.

During your first therapy session, your therapist will conduct an initial assessment to better understand your concerns and goals. You will have the opportunity to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and establish a plan for future sessions.
